Can I change the team colours, logo or approved design?
No. PTB Team Locker products use approved team artwork, colours and decoration.
Is embroidery included?
Yes. Products described as embroidered already include the embroidery charge in the displayed public and eligible coach price.
Where is my order delivered?
Orders are delivered with the combined Prime Time Ballers shipment to the PTB coach or club for collection.
When does my order join the team shipment?
Orders received by month-end join the shipment scheduled for dispatch on the 7th of the following month. Estimated club arrival is approximately two weeks after dispatch.
What if I enter the wrong size, name or number?
Contact Strathern immediately. Production may begin after the team-order cutoff, so changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters production.
