1. Who We Are
Strathern International (Pvt) Ltd (“Strathern”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates stratherninternational.com and provides custom teamwear and related ordering services. Our manufacturing base is in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.
For personal information covered by this policy, Strathern generally acts as the organisation responsible for deciding why and how it is used. Privacy enquiries may be sent to privacy@stratherninternational.com.
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies when you visit or use our website; create or use a customer or approved coach account; browse or order from Uniform Designs, the Design Portal or a Team Locker; request a mockup or upload artwork; place, pay for, receive or enquire about an order; or contact Strathern through a support channel.
It does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or services you choose to use separately from Strathern.
3. Information We Collect
Identity and contact information
Name, email, phone number, organisation, team, role, billing details, delivery details and other contact information you provide.
Account and access information
Account email, password-related security records, account role, approved coach or manager status, login/security events and preferences. Passwords are handled through the authentication system and are not displayed to Strathern in readable form.
Order and team information
Products, quantities, sizes, fit or age group, player names and numbers, roster files, team name, authorised logos, order references, purchase history, shipping status and order communications.
Artwork and design information
Logos, sponsor marks, design files, reference images, colour instructions, fonts, mockups, approvals and materials submitted for custom teamwear.
Payment and transaction information
Transaction status, amount, currency, transaction reference, refund status and limited billing information from the payment provider used at checkout. Strathern does not need to store your full payment-card number or card security code on its own website systems.
Website and technical information
IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages viewed, approximate location derived from technical data, timestamps, referral information, cookie identifiers and security logs.
Communications
Enquiries, artwork approvals, support correspondence, complaint information and records reasonably required to manage the customer relationship.
4. Where Information Comes From
Most information comes directly from you. We may also receive information from an authorised coach, manager, parent or team administrator; payment and fraud-prevention providers; shipping providers; website, security, email or ecommerce providers; and public sources where reasonably necessary to verify business information.
If you provide information about another person, such as a player roster, you are responsible for ensuring you are authorised to provide it for the relevant teamwear order.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests include operating and improving our ecommerce business, securing systems, preventing misuse, supporting customers and keeping accurate records, balanced against the rights of the individuals involved.
7. International Data Transfers
Strathern operates internationally and its manufacturing base is in Pakistan. Information may therefore be processed in Pakistan and in other countries where our service providers, payment providers, hosting providers or logistics partners operate.
Where applicable law requires a specific safeguard for an international transfer, we will use an available lawful mechanism or other legally recognised protection appropriate to the transfer.
8. Payment Processing
Payments are handled through the payment methods made available at checkout. The relevant provider processes sensitive payment credentials under its own terms and privacy practices. Strathern generally receives confirmation data needed to identify and reconcile the transaction rather than full card credentials.
10. Marketing Communications
Where permitted, we may send product, company or service updates to contacts who have opted in or where another lawful basis applies. You can opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe option or by contacting us. Transactional messages reasonably required for an order, account, payment or security matter are not marketing.
11. How Long We Keep Information
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil and support orders and reorders; maintain approved artwork and records where this supports future replacement orders; meet accounting, tax, customs, regulatory and legal obligations; handle disputes and chargebacks; and protect system security.
Retention periods vary by record type and law. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it.
12. Security
We use administrative, organisational and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. These may include encrypted connections, access controls, role permissions, backups, security monitoring and service-provider controls.
No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials confidential.
13. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to certain processing, receive a portable copy of certain information, withdraw consent, and obtain information about use or disclosure.

Where an applicable U.S. state privacy law applies to Strathern and your information, you may have rights such as knowing/accessing certain information, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling activities.
Strathern does not sell personal information in exchange for money. If advertising or analytics activity is treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law, we will provide the required opt-out mechanism.
Australia
Where the Australian Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles apply, you may request access to or correction of personal information and may raise a privacy complaint with us. You may also have the right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
15. Children and Youth Team Information
The website is intended for adults able to place or manage orders, including coaches, managers, parents and authorised team representatives. We do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children for independent marketing or account creation.
Youth team orders may include limited player information such as a name, number, size or roster entry supplied by an authorised adult. That information is used for the teamwear order and related support. Contact us if you believe youth information was provided without appropriate authority.
16. Automated Decision-Making
We do not currently make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on customers solely through automated processing. Automated tools may assist with routine security, spam detection, fraud signals, performance or workflow tasks, with human review where appropriate.

We may update this policy when services, technology, legal requirements or data practices change. The current version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
