- Clients are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We offer free-of-cost exchanges under these conditions:
- The item has not been used.
- Clients pay for return shipping.

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Clients are responsible for securely packaging the items to avoid damage during transit.
2. Customization Disclaimer
Errors on Our Part
If any customization errors or defects are due to Strathern International, we will:
- Fully replace the entire order free of charge.
- Expedite the production and shipping of replacements.
Client Responsibility
Clients must ensure all submitted customization details (e.g., names, logos, colors, sizes) are correct at the time of order. Errors in client-provided details are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
3: Shipping Policy
Insurance and Tracking
All shipments are fully insured through our shipping partners. Tracking IDs are provided immediately upon dispatch, allowing clients to track their order live.
Address Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Strathern International is not liable for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address information.

While we strive to meet our stated delivery timelines, unforeseen delays due to customs or carrier issues may occur. We will assist clients in resolving such issues but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Our liability for damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the order.
