1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order or using a Strathern service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

If you are ordering for a club, school, business, team or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation in relation to the order.

2. The Seller

The seller is Strathern International (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Pakistan. Our manufacturing base is in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or be acting with proper authority. Account information must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

Coach or manager access is approved separately. A normal customer account does not automatically grant coach permissions or pricing.

4. Strathern Ordering Routes

• Uniform Designs: choose a current Strathern design as a starting point and submit supported team details.
• Design Portal: choose the sport-specific product and submit your own authorised design direction, artwork and requirements.
• Team Lockers: order products already approved for a particular team or program.
• Coach Portal: approved coaches and managers may use eligible account pricing and approved routes after sign-in.
• Request a Mockup: submit a brief for review when you are not ready to order.

Product pages, Team Locker instructions, written quotes and order confirmations may contain additional terms specific to the product or program.

5. Product Information and Images

We aim to describe products, options, colours, fabrics, decoration methods, dimensions and pricing accurately. Product images and mockups are visual guides. Screen settings, lighting, fabric texture, printing, stitching, embroidery and production can create reasonable differences between a digital representation and a finished product.

Where a product offers a factory recommendation or similar option, Strathern may recommend a suitable available construction, fabric or detail. Any material change to an approved order should be confirmed before production.

6. Pricing, Currency, Taxes and Import Charges

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the website or order document. The final price may depend on product style, quantity, decoration, padding, optional features, shipping arrangements, taxes or other disclosed choices.

Any shipping charge or inclusion will be shown or confirmed through the applicable product, Team Locker, checkout, quote or order confirmation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or government charges imposed by the destination country. Mandatory taxes collected by Strathern will be shown where applicable.

If a website price or configuration contains an obvious technical or clerical error, we may correct it before accepting or producing the order. If payment has already been taken and the order cannot be accepted on the corrected basis, an appropriate refund will be provided.

7. Orders and Acceptance

An order submitted through the website is an offer to purchase. We may review payment, product availability, artwork, roster information, delivery requirements, suspected fraud, technical errors or other information reasonably necessary to fulfil it.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin the agreed fulfilment process. We may decline or cancel an order we cannot reasonably fulfil, where required information is missing, requested artwork is unlawful or unauthorised, or payment cannot be verified.

8. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout or in the applicable invoice. Payment must be successfully authorised before production or dispatch unless Strathern expressly approves another written arrangement. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and verification requirements.

9. Artwork, Mockups and Approval

Custom orders may require artwork approval before production. You are responsible for reviewing team name, colours, artwork placement, logos, sponsor marks, player names and numbers, product style, quantities, roster information and other customisation details.

Approval confirms that the displayed information is authorised for production, subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances. If something is incorrect, do not approve it; request correction before production begins.

10. Customer-Supplied Logos, Artwork and Content

You retain rights you already hold in content you supply. By submitting it to Strathern, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to copy, adapt, format, reproduce and use it only as reasonably necessary to prepare artwork, manufacture products, provide the requested service and maintain the related order record.

You confirm you have authority to use and reproduce the supplied material. Do not submit material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights or is otherwise unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims arising from material supplied without permission.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether a change is still possible based on order status.

Once custom artwork, procurement, cutting, printing, stitching, embroidery or other personalised production has begun, cancellation or changes may be restricted. Any mandatory cancellation right under applicable law remains unaffected.

Changes requested after approval may affect price and timing.

12. Production and Timing

Production timing begins only after required conditions are satisfied, which may include successful payment, final artwork approval, roster confirmation and product details.

Any production or delivery date is an estimate unless Strathern expressly confirms in writing that a date is guaranteed. Timing can be affected by artwork revisions, customer response times, material availability, order volume, holidays, couriers, customs and events beyond reasonable control.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery terms, destination, cost or inclusion, carrier method and any consolidated Team Locker arrangement will be shown or confirmed for the relevant order. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details where individual delivery is required.

14. Team Locker Orders

A Team Locker contains products approved for a particular team or program. Customers should order only from the correct team and product listing.

Team Locker artwork, colours and branding are generally fixed. Customers select only the product options and player details made available on the product page.

A Team Locker may use a team-specific order window, consolidated delivery arrangement, cutoff or dispatch schedule. Those locker-specific instructions apply to the relevant order.

15. Approved Coach and Manager Accounts

Eligible coach pricing is account-based and may apply only to qualifying products after the approved account is signed in. Coach access is personal and must not be shared with unauthorised users.

Strathern may review, change or withdraw account permissions where a user is no longer associated with the relevant program, the account is misused, or access needs to change for security or operational reasons.

16. Reorders and Production-Batch Variation

Where approved artwork and product information are retained, we aim to make future replacement orders simpler. Products made in different batches may show reasonable differences in fabric supply, dye lot, print output, trim, component availability or manufacturing detail.

If an exact legacy component is no longer available, we will identify a reasonable replacement or confirm the available option before production where the change is material.

17. Returns, Defects and Refunds

Customised and personalised goods are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return after production has begun. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

18. Website Content and Strathern Intellectual Property

The website, Strathern branding, original text, graphics, product presentation, templates, photography, software and Strathern-created designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, they may not be copied, republished, sold, scraped, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Strathern’s underlying website, template, artwork system or other intellectual property except to the extent expressly agreed in writing.

19. Reviews, Feedback and Submissions

If you submit a review, testimonial, feedback, image or other content for publication, you confirm it is truthful, lawful and that you have the right to provide it. We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or irrelevant content. Private customer communications will not be published as testimonials without an appropriate basis or permission.

20. Prohibited Use

You must not use the website to break law or infringe rights; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with security, accounts or ordering systems; submit fraudulent payment or identity information; scrape substantial website content for unauthorised commercial use; or use coach, Team Locker or customer access beyond the permissions granted.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may rely on third-party payment, shipping, social-media, analytics, communications or other services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices. Strathern is not responsible for a third-party service acting independently outside the scope of our own obligations.

22. Liability and Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strathern is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the relevant breach, or for loss caused by inaccurate customer-supplied information, unauthorised artwork, misuse of products or events outside our reasonable control.

Where law permits liability to be limited, it will be limited in a manner that is fair and legally permitted in the circumstances.

23. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, war, civil unrest, government action, transport interruption, customs disruption, labour interruption, widespread telecommunications or power failure, epidemic or material supply interruption.

Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the position and practical next step.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection that applies to you and cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

Before formal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact support@stratherninternational.com with the order number and a clear description so both sides can try to resolve the issue promptly.

Subject to mandatory jurisdictional rights, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Pakistan.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in services, technology, operations or legal requirements. The terms applying to an accepted order are the terms in effect when that order was placed, together with any specific written terms agreed for that order.
