Can I change the team colours, logo or approved design?
No. This Team Locker contains approved Lifeline designs. Order only from the options shown. If you believe the approved artwork needs to change, contact your coach or Strathern before ordering.
Where is my order delivered?
Lifeline Team Locker orders are delivered to the Lifeline coach / club. No individual shipping address is required for this locker’s consolidated team delivery.
When does my order join the team shipment?
Orders received by the end of the month join the next team shipment scheduled for dispatch on the 7th of the following month. Estimated club arrival is approximately two weeks after dispatch.
What if I enter the wrong size, name or number?
Contact Strathern immediately. If production has not begun, we will confirm whether the order can still be corrected. Always review the cart before payment.
Where can a coach or manager sign in?
Use the public Coach Portal to reach approved account access. Eligible coach pricing appears after the approved account is signed in where it applies.
